He probably deserved it, I don't feel bad for the criminal. Ive worked with a lot of criminals and there has been moments I've almost snapped and beat there asses. All though its messed up he was in handcuffs, he should have just chilled and not instigated anything. Im sure there is two sides to this story.

But let me put my two pennies in, there most likely was 2 sides, and even still that BITCH ASS MOTHERFUCKER got 18 months in prison, not county, prison. So that means that his side wasn't really shit. And he was cuffed. That makes that cop a pussy of the highest caliber. And to say that the guys a criminal isn't a fair assessment, we don't even know why he was being arrested, he could been drunk in public or some shit. That wouldn't make him a criminal would it?

On the flip side I don't feel bad for the cop and whats gonna be up when he hits the yard, then again they will most likely have in PC the whole time.

or he coulda been me, choking in the back of a squad car maced for stepping out of a building they were raiding, that I happen to work in. I guess I was a criminal, too. That's why I was choking, when the police officer bulldozed me into the car and closed the door on my hoody, leaving me unable to lift my head without my own sweatshirt choking me. All while all the fluids in my face pour out of my eyes and nose.

Police are out there to catch you fucking up, not protecting and serving , that cop went way to far with that bullsht he already had him in the back in the car. If your doing nothing wrong there is nothing to worry about. I just strongly believe sometimes its justifiable to beat someone's ass. Everything is always one sided, we could paint a million what if scenarios of what the man was arrested for, but he should have known better than to fuck with a cop. He should have just let the man do his job,  he thought he was safe just because he was in handcuffs. People are human they snap, he was probably pushing his buttons for a while not those 15 seconds, its like dealing with one of those belligerent customers but x20 when your working, im sure most of you know the feeling of wanting to just kick someones ass,  but the media will do everything to make the cop look like an asshole.  This video doesn't say what he did, he might of raped a little girl and set her mom on fire for all I know. I was trying to get away from a group of dudes saying they were gonna beat my ass. One of the dudes tried to punch me through my car window. In the process he hurt his arm. he called the po-lice, told them I slammed the door on his arm and they came and arrested me. They didn't give a damn about my side of the story. An F'n felony for assault with a vehicle. Luckily the dude was a faggot ass bitch and took money to shut up and drop the charges.
